A SAFE SPACE FOR
WOMEN IN MINISTRY
Pretty & Powerful was birthed from a burden that God gave to Prophet Shari Eddington to provide a much needed safe space for women in various areas of ministry to train, grow, heal, and fellowship through spiritual development, mentorship and community.
ABOUT PRETTY & POWERFUL
SHE EQUIPS AND EMPOWERS:
God has given Prophetess Shari Eddington the assignment to push women, specifically, into their ministerial callings, thus Pretty & Powerful Ministry Mentorship and Development was born. She instructs and encourages women to walk in their callings without shame, comparison, intimidation, or fear, but to boldly walk with the authority God has placed within them. Prophetess Shari walks fiercely because she has secured her identity in Christ and knows the power of His Spirit that abides within her. Prophetess Shari teaches her members, clients, and mentees to acknowledge, understand and embrace their difference(s) as an advantage rather than an inconvenience. “You were created on purpose for a purpose” will be a key-phrase any one in her presence will learn quickly.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Supporting and developing integral, knowledgeable, and powerful women in ministry to effectively serve and expand the Kingdom of God.
PURPOSE

To cater to the unique needs of women who feel that they are called to be ministers or fivefold ministry gifts and those who are already first ladies, ordained ministers, prophets, pastors, teachers and elders.

To provide a safe space for women in ministry to learn, grow, heal, and develop as a sisterhood.

To provide counseling, guidance and emotional support for women in ministry.

To provide a foundation of integral ministry practice and accountability.
GOALS

To assist in the identification and development of purpose, calling and gifts.

To assist women the development of faith and boldness to obey and follow God.

To build the confidence, self-esteem and spiritual endurance of women in ministry to produce more effectiveness and impactful within the area of their calling.

To create a culture of integral women in ministry who are students of the scriptures and demonstrators the power of the Holy Spirit.

To create a culture of sisterhood, honesty, trust and support among women in ministry.
