About The Workshop
If we're honest, many female pastors enter pastoring and/or church planting less equipped than men even if we have a covering because we often don't get the same pour & support as our male counterparts. Prophetess Shari Eddington's heart is burdened for women who are diligently trying to walk in obedience to God and build their church, but have no one to give them tools, wisdom and strategy for it. Therefore, Shari decided to create this FREE STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP & LEADERSHIP POUR for female senior pastors & church planters who are actively pastoring and have the vision and grace to lead, but need a little assistance and leadership wisdom for preparing for next year.
