The Founder's Circle was launched in 2025 by Apostle Shari Eddington as an answer to the need of so many senior pastors and church planters that desire practical training and information regarding the regular challenges and unknowns that they face. Most trainings and conferences speak to the more experienced leaders who pastor churches over 100 members or aspire to grow their ministries to mega church status. This leaves a void for the new church planter and senior leaders who pastor smaller churches who need to be how to build teams, structure and culture from the ground up, as wll as, learn how to address the emotional, mental and spiritual challenges that come with being a senior leader an church planter. It is Apostle Eddington's desire to create a safe space for senior leaders to be equipped and navigate the hills and valleys of their pastoral journey.
